helpful staff comfortable bed free toiletries loud air conditioning slow lift old hairdryer
the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. i received a welcome bottle of wine and traditional pastries upon arrival. it was a pleasant surprise. the bed was very comfortable, and the room was warm. i appreciated the dressing gowns, slippers, and toiletries provided.
the air conditioning was loud and seemed old. i found the lifts to be slow and a bit wobbly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location suited my needs, a little outside the center. It was also a quiet area, a short walk to the center. There were good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
The gym was small and lacked some key amenities. The bar area felt small. There was also no pool available at the hotel.

the staff was pleasant and easy to talk to.
pillows are very old. the hotel is not near a 5-star hotel. shower was dirty in all the corners. the quality of a 5-star hotel was not met.
